Redkey Express is growing our appliance delivery & installation division and looking for a hands-on leader to run a crew, train team members, and deliver top-quality installations for our customers.

What You’ll Do

Lead a delivery/installation team from truck load-out to customer sign-off
Install household & commercial appliances to manufacturer specs
Mentor and train new technicians on best practices & safety
Troubleshoot on-site challenges and ensure top-tier customer service
Maintain truck, tools, and equipment in excellent condition

What You’ll Need

3+ years in appliance delivery/installation required
1+ years lead experience required
2+ years operating a 24’ non-CDL box truck
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
Able to lift/move up to 100 lbs.
Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
Certification in appliance installation is a plus
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
